Machine Stopped Working after 3 weeks

I am so disappointed in this machine. After having my precious Nespresso machine for over 8 years, I was excited to upgrade once I saw this one available in this colour. After using it maybe 15 times, the machine won’t power on at all. Now I’m stuck trying to get it repaired.

No, I do not recommend this product.

This is the best coffee machine I’ve ever had. It’s easy to use, easy to clean, and quick! You get perfect espresso shots without all of the extra steps. I love the convenience of this machine and the flavor variety that Nespresso offers.

Water in the pod reservoir

We have just purchased our first Vertuo Pop. We are not as happy with it as we had hoped. Our round head that was over 9 years old was better built. This new one continues to collect water in the pod reservoir so much so that we have to use a paper towel to wipe it put.

No, I do not recommend this product.
