Doesn’t work with many normal mug sizes.

Doesn’t work with many normal mug sizes. Drip tray too small for most mugs and they slide off. If tray not used, mugs don’t align properly. The coffee pods included with machine were expired. Returned without issue to CT store.

pods are more expensive, less options. and the machine barely lasts a year with only 1 coffee drinker in the house. increase your warranty window or make a better product.

Disappointing

a month ago

I purchased a second vertuo because my first was leaking around the head of it and unfortunately the second one is doing the same. I think I’ll return to a regular coffee maker instead of wasting my money on these garbage products.
