Sides are not adjustable. I had to improvise knots to secure my child. He is 2 years old. Tall but slim. Does an ok job. But I am looking for something better.

This wasn’t much use for a new learner. Might be good for someone who is already a swimmer but it’s awkward and doesn’t stay in place and isn’t overly helpful. Cute looking though.
