Came with 2 dents on the bottom side panels. Plan to add an extra $100+ for a cover. It doesn't come with one. Considering it's higher end brand of BBQ..

Confused

The BBQ itself is excellent. No problems to reportvon the operation of it. Love it. BUT the instructions that came with was strictly diagrams and confusing to decipher. There was NO YouTube for my particular model. The help desk/chat NOT useful at all. Eventually and slightly frustrated I got the BBQ put together.

Almost perfect

Still don’t understand why there is no back cover and no front door.

10 Year Warranty

Work says it should. Good even heat and very efficient. Method of igniting burner is very effective. Took time to assemble, but wasn’t complicated when following directions. Bought this Napoleon barbeque for the 10 year warranty. All other barbeques over the last 10 years have rotted from the inside out. Interested to see how Napoleon backs their warranty.

Don’t buy this cheap line model. Go for the legend series.

So this BBQ has just 2 rolling wheels which makes it quite difficult and dangerous to move while hot when wind shifts. Also the grease collection pan is 1 inch above the turn on valve of the propane tank which makes it quite awkward to turn the gas on. The knobs are black and difficult to see when trying to adjust and control cooking temperatures. This must be the cheap product line for Napoleon BBQ’s. But safety should be priority one which in this model was terribly missed. A few alterations to wheel design and grease plate collection system and clearly marked knobs could cheaply make this model more safe and much easier to use.
