A little noisy but I can endure. It is heavy. Medium build man would have hard time to deliver it home. The product itself is nice... it looks fancy

I bought this product a couple of months ago, and I am completely enjoying it! The flame action is comforting to watch, and the optional heat is a bonus as the weather gets colder. Instead of cranking up the thermostat, I just put the heat option on for a half an hour, and presto! Cozy livingroom!

Looks Better Than We Thought

Wife and I decided to get an electric fireplace because we had a lot of space in our bedroom that we wasn't being used. I was worried the fire would look overly fake, but it actually looks decent. The wood used is fairly solid. My only beef is that the screws used were hard to drive into the wood at times. This is especially true for screws that needed to be driven in without precut holes.

The flame is really nice and it warms the room perfectly when we feel a little chilled. The height is so perfect for the flat screen television. Nice fireplace.

Q: how do you install the crushed glass into the insert?

  • A: You place it by hand. It couldn't be easier. 4 screws to remove the front glass, and you place the plastic crystals in the lighted trough.
