You have to be early in yhe season with the feeder. Also add jelly or oranges. They will love it.

Q: Is More Birds® Bird Health+™ Natural Orange Powder Oriole Nectar Concentrate, 8-oz safe if hummingbirds drink it?
2 years agoA: Our Ruby Throated hummingbirds are always at our Oriole feeder. We mix it to "Oriole specs" so it is probably a bit less nutritous for the hummingbirds but they certainly helo themselves to it. Havent seen hummingbirds display signs to being sick.
