Q: Hi there - what size/thread are the nuts on the side? Would like to put in eye-bolt and then use to hold in pickup truck box.
Anonymous2 years agoA: Good idea, I can tell you for a fact the thread size on the side external inserts are M8 - 1.25. I use a 20mm bolt in length but a 15mm would work fine as well.

Q: Do you think these would hold up for Air Travel? Ie Checked luggage?
3 years agoA: Yes, this is very robust tool box. I would put a strap around the handle to the body of all the tool boxes to prevent if from moving.
