The grinder works well. It was bought to replace an older grinder that died on a job. This one has completed the work with ease. The only reason i gave 4 stars is the switch. It works okay, but is definitely a bit awkward to use. And when using the grinder all day, turning it off and on it is a bit annoying. Definitely worth the money, especially if you manage to get it on sale as i did.

Q: 4.5" Maximum flap disks don't fit. Spindle is too short to accomodate inner flange, disk and outer flange.Is the outer flange required given that the flap disks screw on to the arbor? Instructions do not address this.

In the first year, MAXIMUM Canada will maintain this product and replace critical parts which have worn beyond reasonable use through normal use of such product, any time during the first year after purchase. Subject to the conditions and limitations described in the manual, this product, if returned to us with proof of purchase within the stated warranty period and if covered under this warranty, will be repaired or replaced (with the same model, or one of equal value or specification), at the sole discretion of MAXIMUM Canada.
