Needs better instructions for assembling.

Assembled this a couple of days ago and our grandsons are delighted. I would have given it a higher rating if not for the terrible assembling instructions which are practically non-existent. There are only drawings that are way too complicated - maybe from trying to include too many steps on one page. We did finally get it together (with pieces left over) so we'll see how it goes from here.
My suggestion would be a you tube video showing the assembling step by step.

Missing Screws

Product was the missing screws to hold up the poles (Part D). I called to get a replacement, but the hardware kit they sent still didn't included Part D. I called back and they said the product is discontinued so they can't help me. I found a site where you can order spare parts, but Part D is the only one not listed so obviously there's something wrong with the packaging of this product and I would not recommend.

Great size for smaller kids

Great value and size for smaller kids. This is pretty sturdy. We checked the package contents after purchase before leaving the store to make sure all parts were present and no damage (some bad reviews were due to missing parts etc).
Once home it took me an hour and half to put together. It was definitely a pain to do with the nuts and bolts and the little tools that come with it. Sadly it wasn’t a two person job and it was a pain to do.
Once it was in use though, it makes up for the effort of assembling, this will be well used and enjoyed until it’s outgrown.
Yes, I recommend this product.

A: Yes! Great for kids just learning to play since it is at a good height where they can actually get it in the basket. Adjustable height as they grow taller. Purchased for my 6 yr old since the larger basketball systems were too tall. 2 yrs later, he and his friends still like to play. Great price point until they are a little older and want more of a challenge. Net is wide enough to use regular size basketballs.

A: I went in the shed to measure it for you: the width of the inner ring (hole) is 15.5”. You can probably add an inch to have the complete width of the rim, so the whole rim is 16.5”.
