Horrible

This whole system made by Genie is really bad. I rarely say this about a product but stay away from it. So far the problems I have had are, replaced two circuit boards because it would not work with ANY remote, the battery back up system lasted a week (gave up trying to fix it), the lights don't work from about two months in, now the wall console does not work.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Awful product stay away

This wall console garage door opener is an awful product. Our house is 7 years old and it has failed again so whatever replacement I get will be the 3rd unit in 7 years. do not buy this product.

Doesn’t last

I’ve had this unit for 4 years and have had to change the control panel twice already. It was changed under warranty both times but, this is ridiculous. I now have to change it again because it has stopped working. I will go with the less expensive unit and see if it lasts longer. The cheaper unit has a 4 star rating and this one has a 1 star rating. Fingers crossed
