It's made with durable, heavy-duty plastic designed to withstand the elements, and a snap-lock lid to keep contents secure in rugged conditions. The lid has holes to accommodate locks or zip-ties for extra security. For added convenience, you can securely stack multiple boxes using the built-in ridges that also align with the 102L Mastercraft box.

Bought this item last week and it is very spacious and sturdy, great for storage my Christmas decorations. The lid is great for stacking more onto it. Got the items on deal 2 for $26.

Q: What is the likelihood of these cracking in freezing temperatures (e.g. stored in shed, garage). Would Rubbermaid be more practical in this respect?

A: This tote isn't too bad, but the Rubbermaid are MUCH better at lower temperatures. These ones are more likely to shatter at low temperatures.
