A: Sorry but no, this sander could not work with a shop-vac even when dust-collection bag is removed. Sorry for the inconvenience. It could work with the dust-collection bag. Or you could buy a Mastercraft 1/4" sheet sander (new model) sku number 054-7152 which includes a dust-collection box. Thank you.

Q: Can I order a replacement rubber pad for the bottom of the sander? I've had this sander for 5 years and the rubber pad now needs to be replaced.

A: This product carries a 3 year exchange warranty only against defects in workmanship and materials when accompanied by proof of puchase. There are no replacement parts for this unit.
