worst quality product ever

We bought two locks. Both of them are defective products.Both of them only lasted 6 months long. For tbe first one got stuck and needed to be cut opened. For the second one, the combination area fell off.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Reliable lock

The Master Lock pad lock is so reliable and great. I have been using these for lockers for years and they have never failed me. I am using this one at the gym and have no issues!

A: This lock features a preset combination. This cannot be changed.

Q: Can you exchange a defective lock without a receipt? I purchased a Master Lock combination lock just over one month ago and it will no longer close. I did not keep my receipt because I have never had an issue with other Master Lock products. Can I still exchange it?
