Listen, I bought a first set for myself, and realized that they were amazing. So amazing that I'm not used to them being so good, that I cut my finger. I then bought a set for my client, after joking that they were so good that they cut me so cleanly. I then proceeded to cut another finger, again, because I'm not used to knives that cut through things like butter. I feel like this deserves 5 stars because both cuts have (or at least, one is now) healing nicely, and I'm still very impressed by these knives.
