Perfect little machine!

This is a perfect little machine! I would give it 5 stars if it didn’t leak most times. It just leaks out the handle when it’s brewing most times. No biggie, position your cup properly and it doesn’t make a mess. Easy to use! The frother works best if you stick just the tip in for the first bit to froth, then stick it further in to heat it.

Unfortunately the machine was defective. Coffee kept leaking all over. Brought it back and exchanged it for another that did the same thing. I now have a credit for the store. Do not recommend this machine.

Q: This espresso maker mentions a Brew Timer on the box - but there is no such function on the machine itself or in the instructions. I need to know how to make the advertised brew timer work, or I will return the product. Please advise.

A: Hello, this is a mechanical espresso maker. You will need to turn the knob towards the centre dots to adjust the brew timer.

Q: Will a standard mug and milk frothing pitcher (20oz/600mL) work with this machine? Smaller machines tend to have incompatibility issues due to their compact size.
