This Grill Turismo Grill and Griddle Combo from MASTER Chef makes cooking for a crowd easier. The convenient combo features 900 sq. in of total cooking area, with a total of five burners producing up to 58,000 BTUs. The grill comes equipped with BBQ side featuring 400 sq. in of primary cooking space, and heavy gauge porcelain steel cooking grates. The griddle side features a hot-rolled steel 340 sq. in griddle that comes with a hinged lid for cooking and storing. An electronic ignition system offers fast and even heating with five large control knobs. The two foldable side shelves make a great prep/storage area for food and grilling utensils. A side access grease cup allows for a quick and easy cleanup after cooking. This combo sits on four lockable casters that allow for easy mobility and transport as needed. Q: Can this BBQ fit a 30# propane tank?
2 years agoA: Thank you for your inquiry. The Master Chef GT is meant to be used with a 20lb propane tank only. A 30lb propane cylinder will not fit inside of the cabinet.

2 years agoA: Thank you for your inquiry. The Master Chef GT Grill and Griddle comes Propane ready but is convertible to Natural gas when the proper conversion kit has been purchased, and all the conversion steps have been completed.

Q: We bought the natural gas conversion kit and hooked up but the bbq was not heating up to its full potential at all. We then hooked it up to a propane tank and it does heat up to its full potential. We do not why it is not working with the natural gas.
2 years agoA: Thank you for your inquiry. The most common cause of low heat or performance issues after conversion are: - Failure to purchase the correct Conversion Kit - Not following proper conversion instructions - Incorrect lighting procedure - Failure to remove all/some of the Propane Orifices - Poor connection between home, gas and grill - Failure to adjust all/some of the Valve switch screws. To correct the issue: - Confirm the correct natural gas conversion kit was purchased. - Confirm all Propane Orifices have been removed from the grill - Confirm all control knobs were removed and the Valve Switch screws were adjusted. Once all the steps have been completed and confirmed, the natural gas hose should be removed and reconnected and a leak test performed.
