Grill bbq combo.

The assembly instructions could have been a little clearer, but once it was assembled, this bbq grill assembly is so nice to use. The controls are smooth and easy to use. The temperature is easy to control. We have cooked chicken on the bbq and vegetables on the grill and they were so good! Clean up was easy after the grill was sealed. Love it!

Very happy with my new BBQ/Grill

Putting this takes some time, but following the instructions makes it easy. Only problem was putting on the wheels. Check the thread at the bottom. Had to clean out excess plastic that was stuck on the inside of three. The grill only got to 400 degrees F but the griddle worked great once seasoned.

You need to take vacation pay to assemble it.

If you buy one of these and need to assemble at home with your wife, make sure you have a prenup in place. I just got one and was excited to put it together with natural gas conversion. It took us 3 days and several hours (she is an engineer), lots of swearing and now I don't even want to come close to this thing to cook, only BBQ that we are getting is the one from Burger King. The igniters are also horrible, the black stone only fires up on one side, the other side I had to use a match to light it up. Save your marriage and money, buy a pre-owned for $50 bucks on market place that is already assembled, believe me on this one.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Good BBQ but bad wheel holdings

I bought this 2 months ago and the wheels have already broke out of the plastic holdings. You would think an expensive BBQ like this would not be made so cheap. never buying this brand again.

Q: Trying to find the dimensions for each cooking surface. Just wondering if I can find outthe size of the grill and the griddle seperately. I might be missing it but all I can see is the combined cooking area.

Q: Can you use metal utensils on the griddle top or is there a "non-stick" coating that won't be acceptable for use with metals tools?

A: Thank you for your inquiry. Yes, metal tools can be used on the Master Chef GT Griddle Top. Protective seasoning will need to be applied regularly. Seasoning your griddle top is required before and after EVERY cook. Seasoning your griddle top improves the cooking performance, creates a non-stick surface, prevents damage, and deterioration due to moisture, and extends the life of your griddle. That being said, metal tools are great to use on the griddle top, but you will want to avoid using soap on the griddle top as that will destroy the seasoning. Hope this helps!

Q: Can a rotisserie be used with this bbq?

A: Thank you for reaching out. There is no specific rotisserie to recommend. There is also a small space between the grill firebox and the griddle firebox, so it may be difficult to find a rotisserie with a small enough bracket to fit between the 2 fireboxes. Keep checking back under the "features" tab to see if there is a rotisserie item number for this unit in the future.

A: Thank you for your inquiry. We do not have the specs of the Blackstone griddle, but the Master Chef Grill Turismo Grill and Griddle combo griddle is constructed of Hot Rolled Steel. The Hot Rolled Steel griddle surface will require regular seasoning in order to improve the cooking performance, create a non-stick surface for cooking, prevent damage and deterioration due to moisture and humidity, and extends the life of your griddle. The care of a the griddle top is much like caring for cast iron cookware. Hope this helps!
