Bought This Master Chef Gill Turismo Wood Pellet BBQ Grill & Smoker With Digital Controls. Was an amazing buy. Excellent Smoker. Had purchased a Treagar Smoker, was very over priced and did not work very good at all. Was so impressed with this purchase. Worth every penny!!

Works awesome as a low budget smoker with a couple mods... Seal up the back vents and add a smoker stack, easily bought on line and his will turn it into an awesome smoker!

Bought this grill for my partner, as he has recently been getting into smoking. He absolutely loves it.

Q: Why does Canadian Tire sell this product? It is terrible. Didn’t even last a year and replacement parts- which they charge you to ship- arrive defective. Customer Service reps just read from the manual- the same manual that comes with the bbq. I can read.

A: Because pellet grills are electric and have digital controllers that can become damaged by rain, snow and ice, you should always keep it covered and protected.

A: Thank you for your inquiry. There are a few reasons why your controller may not be turning on 1) Check all aspects of the power supply. Verify that the power cord is plugged in. Verify there is power to the electrical outlet. The GFCI outlet may need to be reset. 2) The fuse might be blown. Unscrew the controller and pull forward to remove the cover and view the green fuse box. If the fuse is darkened, it has been blown and needs to be replaced. There is a 5-AMP fuse attached to the ‘Safety and Care Manual’ 3) If the fuse is not blown, check the power connector that attaches to the controller. Ensure there is a positive connection. If none of these solve the issue, the controller may be faulty and requires a replacement. Please reach out to customer support at: 1-855-453-2150.

A: It can also mean that the igniter has failed, which is common. If the purchase was made over a year ago, you well need to purchase a replacement part out of pocket and fix it yourself!

A: Ran out of pellets. Auger out of alignment (warning sign is usually when it makes creaking sounds ongoing). Power outage or ground fault.

Q: before I submit a review, a brand new unit is not showing the correct selected temperature on the display. 200 shows 225, 225-300 displays 250, 350 shows 300, 400 shows 350, 450 shows 400, 475 is correct.. max shows 500...

A: Hello. There is a P setting on the grill. You can adjust it to make the auger run faster or slower. Doing that adjusts the heat. I never had to do it with mine but read about it in the instructions and seem people tall about it in FB groups. Also make sure you clean the ash pit regularly and the temp probe to get as accurate reading as possible.
