Poor customer service - delivery by DoorDash

Poor customer service – I placed an order and paid extra for delivery. At no point during checkout did it indicate that the delivery would be handled by DoorDash. DoorDash failed to deliver the order in the next day and returned the item to the store; however, I was not refunded for the delivery fee. Canadian Tire stated that they don’t handle the money paid for delivery. Won’t order again.
