Q: Hi dear, I bought this kettle for a friend but after using it only two times but not distilled water, the bottom inner stainless steel was covered by 1/5 of rusting marks.

A: I have got a new cordless Master Chef kettle and the bottom is pitting with rust spots, this cannot be healthy or safe. I use filtered water only. I am hesitant to use this in case I get some sort of poisoning.

A: It's SUS304 material which will not get rust. But if using tap water, the water scale may appear after using for a several times. You can use some lemon juice or scale remover to solve it.
