Leaking

I don't recommend this product. Mind flooded and totally ruined my floor. I can't figure out where the water is coming from. It's to the point now where I have mine sitting on foam mats to absorb the water. The lights are constantly flashing even after we put in a new bottle. I plan to return mine but I threw out the box. It's too expensive to be causing so much problems. Totally wasted my money on this one 😒

Very frustrating to use

I bought one of these coolers and i set it up but after a little bit the logo keeps flashing and the hot water light turns off completely. Water doesn’t dispense out of any water but the cold one. I returned it and tried again and am having the same issue. This machine is very frustrating and I am not a big fan. I cant even find resources to fox the issue!

Might need to return for a second time

Was very happy with the first one.
A year old and the pump stopped working. Got a replacement after a few phone calls.
The replacement is noisy and does not blink when water jug is empty. If it gets any louder I will be asking for another replacement.

Not working

It’s brand new. Water is not pumping in the tank. I called help service and they told me to try to clean out the tap with a pipe cleaner but the tip is sealed with a filter so it doesn’t work.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: How do you remove the drip tray reservoir? I know how to remove the grill of the drip tray, but how do you remove the reservoir in order to dump out water that collects in it? We have tried everything and it will not come out.

Q: I get the loud beeping noise when I turn on the hot water activation switch. It won’t stop until I unplug the unit and turn off the hot water switch and wait a few minutes before I plug it in again. Any reason why?

A: I think I figured it out. Once I pressed the hot water and let the water run, it didn’t beep anymore. I’m guessing the beeping was telling me there was no water to heat.
