I have bought 2 of these coolers and both quit working within the year. The system does not pump water and is cheaply made. Definitely not worth the money

This is a very good product. The water is kept at a good temperature for the cold and the hot is hot. I love the bottle being under and not on top. Much easier to load. I bought it on a recommendation from a friend and am happy I did.
