Very portable & pocketable, but horrible valves

The good: + Folds up to a very compact size - very convenient for carry-on + Comes with a little pouch The OK: - Support seems ok for now, it's not the thickest of travel pillows, but it's ok. The bad: - Why oh why would they not have made the valves better?? The kind where the air does not come back out unless you pinch the valve?? this is VERY difficult to inflate. you basically have to put the lil stopper on IMMEDIATELY or you're losing half the air. - There's a weird thin "lip" along the inner side of the pillow? Which kinda cuts into your neck?? You have to fold it in exactly the right way for it not to hurt.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Good comfort with two air chambers. Solid workmanship. Reason it is not 5 stars - no one-way air valves make it difficult to insert plug without losing air.

Pillow deflated within minutes

The travel pillow deflated within minutes of blowing it up when I used it the first time on a flight. Tried again, and it deflated again. Obviously had a hole in it. Folded it up, carted it around in my suitcase for 3 weeks before returning it as defective when I got home.
