Great Elliptical

We have had this machine for a month and so far it has performed very well with two users using it every other day. The set-up was pretty straight forward and took about 2hrs on my own. I'd suggest getting some help though. It seems to be very well built and quite heavy. Very stable and quiet but it's critical to balance the machine. There are several small pads underneath the elliptical to help out. Plenty of features and not a bad looking machine either. Great for heavy home use but not Gym standards. Doesn't need to be for only two people using it 30 to 60 minutes a day. A lot less than a gym standard elliptical as well.

Yes, I recommend this product.

A: Les instructions sont à la page 36 du manuel. Pressez et retenez les boutons de résistance ( haut/bas) pendant 3 a 5 secondes. Une écran maison y apparaitra. Appuyez sur le bouton Région à gauche de l'écran pour accéder à l'information de région. Date, heure, format etc...touchez celui que vous désirez. vous y verrez un menu ou vous pourrez y entrer l'information. Appuyez sur Confirmer pour sauvegarder l'information et retourner à l'écran d'accueil Appyez sur acceuil (HOME) pour sortir.
