J'ai acheté appareil en solde au fête 2011. Appareil très solide qui ne bouge pas et ne présente aucune vibration quand on l'utilise.
Nous sommes plusieurs à l'utiliser à la maison et tous sont contente. L'appareil est de bonne qualité et jamais nous avons regretté cette achat.
Seul défaut est que nous avons dû faire un erreur au montage et à l'occasion il grince pendant l'utilisation. En plus il donne la distance en mille et non en KM.
Le guide d'utilisation se trouve facilement sur internet sur le site de lifestrong.
Comme je l'ai acheté en solde je peux dire que c'est on bon rapport qualité prix.

Product looks good if it works

After trying the demo unit of Livestrong Elliptical LS 10.0E . I am so delight of the design, quality and quiet performance.
So I decide to purchase the Livestrong Elliptical LS 10.0E from Canadian Tire Store on Jan 18, 2014.
But after spending over 2 hours on assembly the unit, I am so exciting for ride it. But the first ride is disappointed and is very unpleasant.
The unit hasloud grinding noise during ride.
So I stop immediately, and could not find any loosing part. The grinding noise is come from the inside of the flywheel housing (main frame) when you ride.
Now I am waiting for the replacement of flywheel and drive belt from Livestrong. I hope the technician from Local Fitness maintenance company will fix it right for me.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Will Require Service as Shipped

On the first use of the elliptical, it made a loud clanking sound which originated from one of the pedal bearings. Contacted Livestrong tech support, and they sent out a new crank bearing, and give me the contact number for their service tech. The service tech installed the new bearing, but the clanking sound was still there. The service tech then dismantled and re-assembled all the arms, and still the clanking sound remained. The tech then noted that there should have been two Teflon washers over the handle bar to pedal arm bushing. These were not supplied with the hardware kit, and were not shown in the assembly drawings. Livestrong sent me four washers, which I was able to install easily. Once these washers were installed, the clanking sound was gone.
With the elliptical now running quietly, I am very pleased with it.
I bought this elliptical in December 2013, and anyone purchasing this unit in the same time frame will have to deal with the above repair.

A: any 120Volts outlet, and it dose NOT have to he a dedicated outlet, it doesn't draw that much power.

Q: How difficult is the assembly of this product.

A: Not difficult but not trivial unless you are a factory worker. Assuming you got the very heavy box into your house, you have only 1 moderately heavy piece to move and lots of light pieces. They provide all the tools but having some of your own better tools can help. Instructions good but task is time consuming and tedious. Much easier with 2 people with 1 person holding/aligning while another tightens. Don't get the hundred or so small nuts and bolts mixed up... Cut out of the package only when required.

A: You can , Do not get this eliptical , get an Octane Brand eliptical instead , Save up the extra money , its well worth it

A: Hey Adam... My ceiling is 86 inches which is just a little over 7 feet. I am 5 foot 6 inches tall and have about 7 inches clearance before my head would meet the ceiling. I guess if you're not too tall or don't have super platform runners, I think you'll be fine. This machine is well worth the money (especially with it being on sale for 60% off more frequently than not!). I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase. Good luck.

Q: Doesn't look the same as the site? So i just picked up my LS10.E from my local canadian tire and mine does not look anything like the sites LS10.E My console seems to be bigger, my pads are black opposed to yellow and my wheel is black and sticks our on the sides more. Anyone Know why?

A: You definitely will need a truck... do not attempt taking this home without one. It will NOT fit in a small or large SUV. A mini van without the rear seats would be okay. The box is extremely heavy and therefore requires 2 people possibly 3 if you all are light weights with minimal strength abilities. It is an awkward box to get in and out of the vehicle but well worth it! Also, rather than trying to get the box to say an 'upstairs' location, drop it to a convenient location and unpack it and take it piece by piece to its final destination. Assemble it in the room where it will live.
