Easy to install and easy to program using iPad. Put in your postal code and it knows when the sun sets in your town. Pretty slick!

Works but has issues

I have had this running for 10 months now and have resolved some issues but still annoyed about others. It will not connect blue tooth to your phone except through the app and your GPS location service is turned on on your phone. Any small power outage or brown-out will turn off the clock and will need to be reset by your phone. All off your schedules will still be there but a quick login to link up the clock is required to get the switch working again. To this point it links your clock to local time, regardless of daylight or standard time, so though I haven't spent loads of time figuring it out, you will be required to reset your schedules when time shift occurs. Even the sun rise/sun set will require to switch from daylight saving to standard time. Too many features, too much money, not enough basics. How hard would it be to have an internal clock?

Mixed Results

Like other reviews, I've noticed that the timer is not reliable. Every 2 weeks or so, the lights won't come on as per the schedule. I have to manually turn them on. Usually not a big problem but this happened while we were on vacation last month and the house sat in darkness for over a week. This really should be addressed by the manufacturer ASAP. No, I wouldn't recommend it in its current state.

There is nothing in the promotional stuff on the package telling you that if your device is not running Android 7.1 it will not work. You will waste your money buying it and waste your time installing it.
