Q: Will it work on gluable ceiling tiles that are thin plastic

A: PL Premium should work should but without knowing what the plastic tiles are made off a definitive answer cannot be supplied. A better option would be to go with an epoxy first. Product # 067-1441 is a marine epoxy but it bonds well to PVC (plastic). 2 minutes dry time so holding time to dry is not long

A: I would say a Marine Epoxy because it’s made for marine application, ie. to be consistently exposed to moisture. Try searching #067-1441.
