A: This is a pretty good heater. I would say it takes the chill off, but in a severely cold time it would struggle to heat to the extent that you would just be in the garage in shirt sleeves.

I don't know if mine was defective but did not find this heater at all effective low fan and not much heat tried to return it for a refund but told because i used it could only exchange it which i found a bit stupid as how can you know if it is good with out trying it oh well I guess I am stuck with it
