Overall does hold a lot of food and ice packs for lunches, kinda wish it was slightly more square than rectangular so it could hold containers a bit better but this lunch pail is definitely better than most put there so solid 4 stars

I've been using this bag for a couple of months. everything fits inside including my thermos. Food stays fresh and loads of space for snacks and meals for all three breaks.
