Wish people would be honest

5 of 5 rating and ALL from 1 year ago. None 18-13 months!! Low one was 8 months ago. Obviously people got for free and gave top marks and person who paid was honest! Tried to ask question about product and find no way to do that. Even if product is free to you, PLEASE be honest. If I will be paying $799 plus tax I sure expect a high quality product!

Great Pots and Pan

This is a our first set of pots and pan since our wedding. We had Lagostina pots for over 25 years. This new set is even better. I really like the new design of lids because they don't trap food and liquid. They stack and the lids fit neatly in our vertical lid holder. These pots warm up nicely and don't have scalding on the sides because the layers continue up the sides.

Don’t expect good customer service from Lagostina.

I bought this set to replace a twenty year old set of Lagostina pots and pans which I have been very happy with. I used one of the new pots to boil potatoes and small black spots appeared on the inside bottom of the pot and couldn’t be removed. Lagostina customer service was unhelpful and rude when I reported the problem. I’m afraid I’ve lost confidence in the cookware and don’t trust Lagostina to honour their lifetime warranty so the pots have been returned to Canadian Tire who I thank for their excellent customer service.
