(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I started with a cheaper Air Fry as a trial be I invested in a good one. It worked will so I invested in a quality Kitchen Aid air fryer and was very disappointed. It's noisy, hot, food takes much longer to cook then the cheap one and it doesn't cook as well even at higher temps and longer times. I like most of my Kitchen Aid appliances but not this air fryer.

No, I do not recommend this product.

A versatile appliance that looks good too!

I have had this countertop oven with air fry capabilities (convection oven, really) and I’m very pleased with its performance. It is very easy to clean, and the options meet all of my needs. So far it has replaced my toaster and toaster oven and the microwave my be the next appliance rendered obsolete.

Q: Can you advise if the exterior stays cool ?

A: Hello, thank you for contacting our Whirlpool Customer Care Team. Model KCO124BM does not have a dedicated cool touch feature. The handle will stay cool, but the outer surface may get hot during use, especially near the vents. Please use caution and avoid touching the sides while the oven is operating. We hope this helps.
