Built in bacterial breeding grounds!

This product has planned obsolescence in mind, after less than a year the lid or body of the blender has warped to the point its un-usable and has now broken just trying to open not to mention i hate the double lid design its a breeding ground for filth and bacteria its not a user friendly design at all its not easy to clean it warps in the dishwasher apparently which is also bogus. Its a clunky cheap device and i would NOT recommend it to anyone who actually enjoys cooking absolute garbage.
No, I do not recommend this product.

This little chopper works very very well. It stirs the food around so that the bottom is not over chopped and the top of the bowel unchopped. It works quickly and is not very loud. Befor this chopper I was using a cuisenart chopper that was very loud and did an uneven chopping job.
I highly recommend the 3.5 cup food chopper!

A: Hi, thank you for contacting the Whirlpool Central Advisors! This food chopper says it can process raw or cooked fruits and vegetables, liquids/emulsions (such as mayo and salad dressings), meat, herbs and spices, bread, cookies, and crackers, and nuts, so it should be able to process coconut chutney/coconut milk. It only recommends against processing coffee beans or hard spices such as nutmeg, which may damage the Food Chopper. I hope this helps. Have a great day - Whirlpool Central Advisors

A: It's not made to chop meat in the sense of raw meat into hamburger. I do chop chicken breasts in it that have been cooked that I'm mixing with other ingredients and making into sandwiches or salad. I would never try it with raw meat.

A: Thank you for your enquiry. The bowl is detachable from the motor unit. All parts except for the base are fully washable. The base can be wiped clean with a moist cloth.

A: Thank you for your enquiry. You can chop ginger, chilli and garlic in the 3.5 cup chopper. Chop your ingredients into 2cm pieces before putting into your chopper. When starting to process your ingredients use the pulse function to break your ingredients into smaller pieces before fully processing.
