Poor setup all around

The coffee doesn't come out hot and when you go for the "cold' drink it's room temperature. The lid doesn't close completely and it sprays coffee constantly leaving a mess for clean up. It had 12 ounces which is nice when it actually pours out 12 ounces. When making cold brew it's room temperature at best.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Great balance of flavor and speed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The coffee tastes smooth and balanced, especially when making iced coffee since it doesn’t get watered down. It’s very easy to clean, and the removable water tank makes refilling simple. It brews fast — my coffee is ready in under a minute. The hot coffee could be a little hotter, but the iced setting works perfectly. It feels solid and well made, and the design looks great on the counter.
