I really love the Keurig Coffee Makers. I have been using one for year, since I would demo them in stores. My issue with the K-Cafe Single Serve Coffee - Latte & Cappuccino Maker is that is STILL does not froth the Milk. I have no idea why and I don't know what to do about it.

I had a defective Keurig.

I purchased a Keurig, which sadly was defective. I had only had it a few months. I contacted the company and they were amazing and immediately replaced it for me and I am happily now enjoying my new one. Yes I did get one defective, but they stand behind their product and that is a sign of such good business and their belief in their products.

Stay away from this machine.

The latte part quit working after a few months. Keurig sent a replacement and same thing, latte part quit again. Stay away from this machine!
