Do Not Buy - Cant read it in the dark.

Do not buy. Our Horizon 2 used to be bright in the dark. It stopped working, and restarted after being unplugged for a few days. The display now dims and is unreadable in the dark. Despite contacting support, they say there is no manual adjustment despite a YouTube video showing it can be done. Worthless product, terrible support.

The only way to adjust the screen brightness of our JBL Horizon 2 is to test the speaker on a different spot, as the light sensor does the adjustments by itself. We appreciate your feedback, and we'll make sure to forward it to the appropriate team.

I bought this a month ago and it is useless. The screen stays dark at night so I can not read the time which was the whole idea of the purchase . I had the previous model which did not have this problem. I had to replace that clock because some of the numbers no longer displayed. I have now purchased two of these clocks in 5 years which are both faulty.
