"It just works"

It just works, bit spooky at first and the manual is a kinda vauge. But nothing a youtube video cant fix. Made super tender chicken thighs in a soup base that was put together and cooked in 1 hour 30 mins. Purchased on clearance a super buy.

This was a fantastic buy. The perfect replacement for my tired 6 ounce pressure cooker that has served for a couple of years now. With this 8 ounce pressure cooker, I have more than enough space for whatever I’m cooking. I thought I would have issues with the alarm like it said in one of the reviews but no issues so far. I love it. Not a sample promo review. Totally recommend!

Q: Can you pressure can food in mason jars?

A: Sort of. I just tried it with a few jars of meat sauce (did it on high for about 45 minutes), and it's been sitting on my counter for a few months no without the seals popping. So it appears to be good so far. That being said, it's not advertised as being able to do so, and there's no studies that I've been able to find that confirm the inside gets to a high enough temp that it kills any botulism. So...if you're going to use it for that, tread cautiously.

Q: Can you set specific time and temperature? I'd like to make yogurt from specific strain that requires 100° F for 36 hours.

A: Hello LynT. The Instant Pot® Viva™ 9-in-1 Smart, Multi-Use Pressure Cooker, uses temperature ranges, and cannot be set for a specific temperature.
