This is a three day rated cooler. I would rate it at two days in 16c-19c weather and 8c-12c at night. Need a tray inside above the ice bag to stop any food getting soggy. Other than that it is solid and ok to keep your milk cool.

This cooler was great. It fit in my car in front of the passenger seat and kept things cool for around 8 hours of a road trip with some ice packs inside. I'm very happy with it.
