Fun activity!

So… I must say first that I had the same problem with the resin being basically unusable (I think I managed to squeeze out enough for 3 pieces). I emailed the company and they sent me three brand new bottles for free. Their customer service was great. Once we received the good bottles, she had a blast creating many cute shapes for jewelry. I would still recommend this product.

My daughter received this item as a gift. She was so excited to use it, but her excitement quickly turned to disappointment. The gel bottle intended to make the gems was completely dried up (even though the original seal was still on the bottle!).
After reading several reviews from other websites, it seems that this is a very common problem with this item. Without the gel, the entire product is useless.

No Refills

My daughter received this for Christmas, and was all excited to try it! But to our frustration, the gel was mostly solid in the bottle. I tried but was barely able to get any out to make a couple gems. Wanted to find more refill gel, so she could do more, but so far, can't find any! So lame. Wouldn't recommend this product. All the reviews I found now, are all the same. The gel is hardened or mostly hardened and can't find refills.
