Improve the product.

The electrical box wings could use a left hand thread on one ear. When you spread the wing out to hold the box it would easier if the wing was held in place with the twisting of the screw. As well the box ears could be bigger, over 80% of the use of a rework ceiling box is a light fixture. The light fixture will hide larger ears.
