We purchased this treadmill roughly year and half ago and it started to have a burning smell just after 1 year. The whole treadmill didn't make it to year and half and warranty is only on frame and motor. The rest of the parts such as control board, deck etc. did not last and we have to pay out of pocket now for replacement. Would not recommend Horizon to anyone.

This treadmill runs very quietly. i got it on sale (at half price) and I am very, very pleased. I put it together by myself but could have used an extra set of hands. I strongly recommend it!

Purchased through CT because of Treadmill Review recommended this as a good value treadmill . The company Horizon was out of stock so ordered online from a CT store nearest to us that had one in stock

Q: Problème au niveau de la fréquence cardiaque affichée : Après 5, 10 min de course ou même plus à une vitesse de 6Miles/h, l'afficheur de la fréquence cardiaque m'indique des chiffres de l'ordre de 60 à 70 ce qui est faux comme chiffre.

Q: Once assembled, how many inches is it from the floor to the top of the treadmill belt. I am trying to find out if my ceiling is high enough.

A: It is approximately 8 inches off the floor when running flat. The belt at it’s highest point when fully inclined is approximately 18 inches off the floor.

A: Horizon no longer sells the CT9.3, however, the all new 2021 T202 treadmill just launched at Canadian Tire stores. The new model is completely refreshed and offers extra features like EasyDial controls for speed and incline, plus Bluetooth connectivity and built-in speakers for audio and apps.
