Cleans Like A Beast!

So, this vacuum was just bought today because we bought a cordless a couple weeks ago that was meant for doing the hardwood floors, getting under the bed and all the tight complicated places.
That cordless in an incredible BROOM but we needed something to do the old nasty carpet that needs to be ripped up and replaced, we've got the wood for it already and it will happen one of these days.
Guy's, do you do the Vacuuming?
Your wife would probably hate this thing as it's a beast to push and will not get into any tight spaces. But it's also a corded high amp cCeaning Beast.
The carpet replacement can wait until this vacuum dies and then it WILL get ripped out and the hardwood floor put down.
It's not friendly at all to push around but Holy Smokes did this thing pull out dust, dog hair and nastiness which I never imagined was in there.
The cord is too short, but being a high amp unit, I can understand why.
Yes, I recommend this product.

St. Bernard aapproved!

Bought a few weeks ago and have to say we are very happy. We have a St. Bernard and used to have to rake the living room before vacuuming otherwise the hair just wouldn’t come up. This bad boy gets all the hair and dirt without having to go over it numerous times, and with the bigger canister size I don’t have to empty it 2 times just to finish the job. Very happy with it

Incorrect instructions

The vacuum works well, but the instructions included are for a different model. We had to contact Hoover and have them email the correct instuctions. There needs to be better diligence when packing items up for shipping. This is likely not a Canadian Tire issue, but the shipper needs to be informed to improve their quality control.

Bought this one to replace one “Just about” like it that we’ve had for a few years. Only thing wrong with the old one is that the on-off switch broke and as you know, unfortunately, cheaper to replace than fix. Bought it on sale and in all seriousness it is awesome bang for the buck. Yes it’s heavy and loud but it works great! Works for us!
