Breaks Down

a month ago

This vacuum is like just a year old of course, people mentioned the power button which we had issues with but that’s whatever. We now are having an issue where when we turn on the vacuum it immediately turns off and flashes the white battery light. I have ran all diagnostics aside from taking the thing apart. I love the comfort of the vacuum as I use it for work, it’s much better than normal stick vacuums but the problems we have been having are outweighing the good things. Not worth full price at all.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Excellent for household with pets

Really happy how it deep-cleans the carpet (especially with cat and bunny hair) and has a brush-off mode to deal with carpet frills.

It’s an alright vacuum. Glad I got it on sale as I don’t feel it’s worth the regular price. It does the job, battery is pretty good.
