The only brand to buy

The thickness and density of this filter is fantastic. I have purchased non branded filters online and they are 50% less dense, don’t wick water, so need turning every hour! This filter lasts much longer and needs no babysitting. Absolutely with the money. Thanks Honeywell!

Q: Is this the Honeywell HC-14N with stiffening outer layer, like the original, or the HC-14 cheaper version that just collapses becoming unusable once it gets wet? Both are "E" on the cartons.
