Q: The WEIGHT CAPACITY states 55 lbs. Is that PER LINE or is that TOTAL WEIGHT of all lines together? I'm trying to see how rugged this clothesline is. It does state that the fabrication material is STEEL. At least I know it's not flimsy plastic. Thanks.
