Place 5-7 drops in your diffuser to help promote mental clarity and aid in helping you relax and sleep. AROMATHERAPY:This essential oil set is used for aromatherapy purposes to encourage deep breathing, relaxation, and rejuvenation. SUGGESTED USE:You can place 5-7 drops in your diffuser to encourage deep breathing, or you can mix it with a carrier oil to apply it topically.
