Big enough for the size of Turkeys we buy. I am a fairly new cook - my wife likes the help and I am quite proud that the turkey turned out so well. The rack and the non-stick pan made for an easy clean up after.

False advertising by supplier. Claims it is more durable. Rack that came with pan scratched pan during first use.

A: Sorry but I have to give two answers .. from outside of both handles is 22.5 inches, from base to base of handles is 17 inches!

Q: stovetop? what size turkey? Can this roaster go on stovetop to finish up sauces? Also, what size Turkey will this roaster accommodate?

A: Insert leaflet state the rack itself has a maximum weight of 8kg / 17.6lb. However the pan is capable of taking a bigger turkey. I recently did a 24lb one using another stronger, bigger, rack that I have, and it went well.

Q: Cette rôtissoire est-elle aussi disponible dans un format moins long ? PS: avec les poignées, la rôtissoire fait un peu plus de 19 pouces et elle est donc trop grande pour mon fourneau (les poignées frottent sur les parois du four).
