J'ai déjà acheté des produits Rcok et j'ai été satisfait. Mais cette fois-ci, non. J'ai acheté la batterie de 10 pièces Rock Diamond et j'espérais avoir fait une bonne affaire. J'ai fait bouiller des oeufs pendant 10 minutes et en retirant la casserole, j'ai réalisé que la poignée était très très chaude. C'est une véritable honte que Starfrit produise un matériel aussi dégradant et je suis persuadé qu'aucun employé de cette compagnie n'achète les produits Rock Diamond.

Coating has loosened

I purchased this a couple of years ago, thinking it was good quality. The coating has loosened and everytime I wipe the pan, the black coating comes off. This is now an expensive set of garbage. Save yourself and buy something else.

A: It is hard to know for sure, though it seems safe for the glass. I usually place a sheet of parchment paper between the pan and the element. It heats the same as without, but the glass is protected.

A: They work fine on a stove top on high. As with any pot or pan, just be sure not to leave it on the burner without anything in it.
