So happy with this. Works as intended. Was without a doorbell for 6 years so I'm thrilled. I had someone install it as I have a contractor at my house currently but it looked like it was very easy to install. Just plug in the unit and install actual bell.

A: You may have the sensors installed too far apart on the door and door-frame. They need to come close together when the door is closed.

Q: Can the two parts of the sensor be attached 90 degrees to each other? My door frame does not have space for a parallel mount.

A: I these 2 devices 1 on entrance of door on garage & 2 on the SUV garage door that my handy person installed & I can state with zero doubt that they are 100% useless as they both have never worked but I didn’t have the boxes to return or the money to pay the handy person to remove the garbage……. I feel so sorry that you have been scammed by the exactly the same product….. Anne Marie

Q: Can this receiver be hooked up with multiple sensors? Are additional magnetic sensors available ? I want to monitor three doors with one receiver/alarm. Thanks

A: Yes the receiver can be hooked up to multiple sensors they just need to be set to the same frequency. Magnetic sensors are available in the US only as they are not sold in Canada.
