I had purchased other brands of ceramic non-stick frying pans, they all went to the scrap metal dealer. As others have stated, follow the enclosed instructions and the pan will last, sponge wash by hand, don't use spray cans of cooking oil, the propellants will damage it. 1 - 2 Tbsp max is all you need. Cooking, I never go above a 5 on my glass top stove. It's Aluminum encased, which doesn't take long to heat up and retains the heat.
