No strap padding or head support

While I enjoy the ease of clicking this into different stroller bases, I would not recommend this seat. There is no head support for an infant and no strap padding. Switching to a convertible early because the straps are constantly leaving red marks on baby’s neck/shoulders.

I love the travel systems for this car seat and the fact that it has a shade cover attached to it, but the head support is AWFUL for an infant. I had to buy an additional head support piece because there is zero head support in this thing. I wish I would have purchased a different car seat.

Very poor head and neck support.

First time mom… I’m so upset with this car seat. I bought the Modes Nest Travel system and I believe this is the car seat that comes with it. There is next to no head support, my baby’s head is constantly unsupported. I hate this car seat - I wish it had padding beside the head like all the other car seats do.
